Appsensi or PT Appsensi Tiga Ribu and its subsidiaries (collectively ‘we, us or our’) value your privacy and rights and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This disclaimer explains the rationale and limitation of our deletion request. By reading this disclaimer you (as “user” or “the company”) hereby agree that:
- We have no direct control over our user data.
- As a consequence, we cannot delete the user data directly.
- Only the company where the user is employed has the right to delete their user data.
- We cannot guarantee that the data can be removed completely.
- The Company has full rights to their user data and has the authority not to fulfill the request for deletion either in whole or in part.
